This seminar is open to all that have already had some contact with our Taiji system, so you are at least familiar with the 5 Loosening Exercises and the Taiji Short Form.
Mornings we will focus on the Taiji Short Form and consolidation of the basics of the Taiji Principles.
Afternoons and Sunday we'll learn/practice the Long Form and the most advanced Pushing Hands, together with an overview of QuickFist.

TRANSPORTATION
Girona airport is 20 minutes drive from city center, you should be able to find some flights there.
Barcelona airport is the other possibility, getting to Girona it would take you 1 to 3 hours depending on the transportation used. Here's a good link with the options:
ACCOMODATION:
There are several options in Girona city. from Airbnb to Hostels and Hotels. The old town is nice to stay but you''ll need to walk about 20 minutes to get to the school. Consider a nearby place if you want to get back and take a rest during lunch break.
A nice suitable place at the moment is Residencia Universitaria Pare Claret, available on many booking sites.
